3. Account Registration and Verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.
- 5.1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each bonus offer page. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- 5.2Bonuses may only be used once per player unless the specific offer states otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.
- 5.3222ck reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus offer at any time. If an error, misprint or technical fault causes a bonus to be awarded incorrectly, 222ck may recalculate, reclaim or cancel the bonus without prior notice.
- 5.4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may be subject to time limits, game restrictions and maximum win caps. Specific conditions will be stated in each offer's terms. Free spins not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
- 5.5Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A new player is a player who has never previously registered an account at 222ck. Existing players who close and re-open accounts do not qualify for welcome bonus offers.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on 222ck are subject to the Platform's game and sportsbook rules in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market.

7. Prohibited Conduct
222ck prohibits the following conduct by players. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
- 7.1Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
- 7.2Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the Platform for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown glitch will be voided.
- 7.3Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting, is prohibited. 222ck employs monitoring systems to detect collusion and will take action on any account identified.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
222ck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. The following sets out the primary grounds on which account action may be taken, though this list is not exhaustive.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Amendments to These Terms
222ck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
